In an ever-evolving market, he stayed on top of comparable sales and quickly made price adjustments as needed in order to give the home the very best exposure. David was adept at juggling multiple offers, and ultimately helped to procure an enthusiastic buyer who recognized that the location was outstanding, and who could see the potential in remodeling the home. David's knowledge of the local market was very instrumental, and he was an outstanding communicator throughout the process. If you’re looking for a trustworthy realtor you should contact Geoffrey Atwell! I’m from IL and my sister lives in SC We joined together to find our Jimmy Buffet Paradise in FL. We were looking for something reasonable and within our budget. While scanning through real estate Ads we found property that we were interested in seeing and called the realtor listed on the Ad. Geoffrey Atwell was the realtor and he was definitely placed in our lives to make our FL paradise come to fruition. He was PATIENT, HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, INFORMED, ACCOMMODATING and he is an EX-MARINE who continues to live up to the oath he swore to keep! You won’t find a better realtor.
